คณะทำงาน กยน.ประเมิน 7-10 วันมวลน้ำเหนือเคลื่อนจ่อรอบกรุง หวั่นฝนหนักช่วง14-17ก.ย.ก่อปัญหา ย้ำกรมชลฯต้องเร่งระบายลงทะเล

นายสุจริต คูณธนกุลวงศ์ หัวหน้าภาควิชาวิศวกรรมแหล่งน้ำ คณะวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ในฐานะ คณะทำงานอนุกรรมการระยะเร่งด่วน ในคณะกรรมการยุทธศาสตร์เพื่อวางระบบการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำ (กยน.) กล่าวว่า ขณะนี้มวลน้ำจากสุโขทัยเริ่มทยอยไหลเข้าที่อ.บางระกำ จ.พิษณุโลก จากนั้นจะเข้าจ.นครสวรรค์ตามลำดับ

Northern water mass to approach city in 7-10 days

A SCWRMS working team estimates that the mass of water from the North will reach the edge of the city within 7-10 days. There are fears that heavy rains during September 14-17 could create problems.  The team stressed the Royal Irrigation Department must step up efforts to drain (the water) into the sea.

Mr Sucharit Koonthanakulvong, Head of the Department of Water Resources Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University, as a member of the emergency subcommittee of the Strategic Committee for Water Resources Management System (SCWRMS), said that at the moment the mass of water from Sukhothai has been gradually flowing into Bang Rakam District of Phitsanulok province and, after that, will (in turn) enter Nakhon Sawan province.
