Learning Thai: A substitute PM?

There has been much talk in the news that Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra might be replaced by a substitute. How does PM Yingluck herself feel about this?

ปูลั่นเปลี่ยนตัวนายกฯไม่ง่าย

ยิ่งลักษณ์ น้อยใจ คนจ้องเปลี่ยนตัวนายกฯ ชี้ไม่ง่ายเพราะมาจากเสียงข้างมาก ลั่นไม่ท้อขอทำงานต่อ ไม่ห่วงข่าวปฏิวัติ รับพูดไม่เก่งแต่ออกมาจากใจ

น.ส.ยิ่งลักษณ์ ชินวัตร นายกรัฐมนตรี กล่าวถึงกระแสข่าวว่าจะมีการวางตัวนายกรัฐมนตรีสำรอง ว่า ช่วงที่ผ่านมาตั้งใจทำงานและได้ทำหน้าที่ในฐานะนายกรัฐมนตรีอย่างเต็มที่ แต่ยังมีข่าวจะเปลี่ยนตัวนายกรัฐมนตรี  ซึ่งตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรีไม่ได้จะเปลี่ยนกันง่าย ๆ เนื่องจากผลมาจากการเลือกตั้งจากประชาชนและมาจากเสียงข้างมากตามระบอบ ประชาธิปไตย

Pou asserts replacement of PM not easy

(PM) Yingluck felt slighted by the fact that there were some people intent on replacing her,  pointing out that it was not easy (to do) because she came (to power) from a  voting majority. (She) asserted that she would not be discouraged and asked to be allowed to continue her work, not worrying about the (internal party) coup rumours. (She) admitted that she was not good at speaking but spoke from her heart.

Ms Yingluck Shinawatra, the prime minister, referred to rumours in the news of the setting up of a "substitute" prime minister," saying in the past period she had worked hard and performed her duty as  prime minister to her fullest, but there was still news of a change of prime minister which was not a position (i.e. the position of prime minister) that was easily changed as it came from an election by the people  and from a majority of votes under the democratic system.
